"Modern Dance, Ballett, Jazz und Floor Work" das sind unter anderem Tanzarten, die sich im Contemporary Dance oder auch Zeitgenössischen Tanz wiederfinden und verbünden. Dynamik, Körperkoordination und Freude an der Bewegung stehen hier in Vordergrund. Die Dynamik in der Bewegung, die Vielzahl an Formationen, Bildern und Geschwindigkeitswechsel sind bedeutsam für diese Tanzrichtung. Klassische Elemente sind u.a. Sprünge, Hebefiguren, Pirouetten, Spagat und Floor Work.
Der Kurs am Mittwoch beinhaltet:
- Workouts zur Entwicklung von Kraft, Flexibilität, Ausdauer und qualitätvoller Ausführung von Tanzbewegungen.
- Das Erlernen von Tanzchoreografien.
- Die Bearbeitung der Technik jeder Bewegung, das Erlernen der Grundelemente des Contemporary Dance.
- Improvisieren lernen und Musik auf eine neue Art spüren.

The class on Wednesday includes:
- Workouts to develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and quality execution of dance movements.
- Learning dance choreography.
- Working on the technique of each movement and learning the fundamental elements of Contemporary Dance.
- Learning to improvise and experience music in a new way.
